How to launch Google+ creative kit?

Picnik was shutdown and it was one of my favorite online photo editing application, Unfortunately it is gone. 


Google+ creative kit is the new alternative and i couldn’t find a way to launch and use it, please help.

Launching and using Google+ creative kit is really easy, just follow these quick steps
  • Click on the photos icon on the left of google+
  • Click on any photo from your album
  • The photo you clicked will be now in fullscreen
  • Look for the Creative Kit button on the top left (with some yellow stars next to it)
  • Click on the creative kit button to launch the tool
  • Start editing and have fun with all those special effects
