How to add more than 5000 people to google+ circles?

I’m getting the following error when trying to add a shared circle

You’ve reached the daily limit for adding to your circles. You can add more tomorrow.
Everyday when i try to add get the same error. How to fix this so that i can add the shared circle?

Unfortunately Google+ at this point doesn't support adding more than 5000 people to circles. 

We are not sure why they have this limitation.

For individuals following 5000 is a lot and when people you are following share a lot of content or activity it's going to be hard to keep up with. The stream keeps updating real fast.
