google plus page url

When you are setting up your Google plus page, do you have
to include the location along with preferred URL?

For example, plus.google.com/ceramictilesreplacementsanjose

Google+ at present doesn't support named urls or vanity urls. Right now when you create a personal profile or a business page your url might look like https://plus.google.com/110885424279358855191 which means there is no way to create a URL like you mentioned.

This question was raised during Google I/O 2012 developer conference and they haven't still decided on it. Might be under works but not sure when this will be ready.
